I’m starting a real-life interview series called “5 Minutes With…” because midlife and menopause aren’t a single story. Hundreds of small, honest moments deserve to be heard.
Not the polished, caption-ready version. The real version.
The version where you’re doing your best, holding it together, and still quietly thinking, is it just me? The version where your body feels unfamiliar some days, your confidence wobbles on others, and you’re trying to make sense of who you are now that you’re no longer living on autopilot.
Each short conversation will be a window into what it actually feels like to be in this chapter, beyond the soundbites and the shame. I’ll be sitting down with women to talk about the real stuff: identity shifts, bodies changing, relationships evolving, and the quiet reinvention happening behind closed doors.
Because when one woman tells the truth, another woman exhales.
If you’d love to be featured (or know someone who would), email me at hello@kiransinghuk.com.
THE QUESTIONS:
Who are you, and what season of midlife are you in right now?
What surprised you most about midlife or menopause?
What’s been the hardest part that people don’t talk about?
What has helped you most (a habit, a mindset shift, support, HRT or no HRT, community)?
What are you unlearning?
What do you wish you could tell your 35-year-old self?
What do you want other women to know they’re not alone in?
What’s one small ritual or practice that’s keeping you steady in your daily life?
If this series feels like something you’d want to read, I’d love you to comment with one word that describes your midlife right now. And if you know a woman whose story needs a space, share this with her.

Rollercoaster
My word is unraveling. I love this idea and would welcome the chance to connect further. 🦋
