Thank you so much Goddess Kiran for giving me the opportunity to share my pro aging message with your community. We deserve to be seen, heard, appreciated, recognized and included as we age. But we have to dissolve those limiting internalized ageist beliefs and voices in our heads that say "you're too old." Get comfortable being the oldest person in the room - and don't be caged by your age. ♥

Love this energy! Having just turned 50 and feeling better than ever - I continue to be inspired by other women like this. So much so, my new upcoming book is called 'If She Can, I Can'.

Thank you for sharing this!

I love Ande´s energy at 69, hope to be like this when I get there too!

I am 47 and I am passionate about doing new things and I feel that we can do any thing at any age.

I started pole dancing at 46, I sing in the choir of my village, and and I feel amazing.

Age is definitely not a cage and not a limit, but if we think it is, it will be. 🌹

You are absolutely right Csilla - you can become whomever you wish to be at any age. I LOVE that you're pole dancing - it's a beautiful artistic expression, and your strong core will serve you well as you age. Keep GLOWING Goddess!

yes pole dancing is incredible, for my self expression, connection to my body, to my feminine energy... it is healing!

Thank you Ande!

I love this, @Csilla 🌹 Feminine in midlife 💃. And yes, that’s exactly the energy; age is not a cage unless we decide to live as though it is. I love that you started pole dancing at 46 and sing in your village choir too. That is such a beautiful example of what it looks like to stay alive to life, curious, open, and fully in it. Ande really embodies that spirit so powerfully, and it’s women like you doing the same in your own way that make midlife feel so expansive x

Yes midlife definitely can be expansive, but it can be a cage if we think we are in a cage. Anyway, the doors are open…. so we can walk out any time.

We have to take radical responsibility of our life, otherwise other people and our circumstances decide on them.
