That is exactly why I created #85WeeksToFifty. I turn 50 in October 2027, and these conversations are my own love letter to that woman I am walking towards. I wanted to spend these 85 weeks listening to women in their 50s, learning from their stories, their courage, their reinventions, their mistakes, their joy, and the things they now know that they couldn't have known at 30 or 40.

I’m approaching 50 in a few months and resonate with so much of this—big sister, now setting more boundaries, adding myself back into the equation. Totally get that. I love following Sif’s journey living in her French home with violet shutters. 💜 I daydream about a cottage in Ireland…maybe one day.
