This morning I woke up to the crisp air of September, cool against my skin while I was still wrapped in the warmth of my duvet. For a while, I just stayed there, tucked in, listening to the quiet, letting myself be.
A steaming cup of tea followed, of course, sipped slowly, candle flickering on the table, autumn light drifting in through the window. These small rituals are teaching me something: transformation doesn’t always arrive in fireworks. Sometimes it comes gently, in the tiniest of pauses, the choice to rest, to linger, to soften.
And that’s the rhythm I’m honouring as I shape what’s next in my work. I’ve decided to let my book: ‘From “What Now?” to “Watch Me!”: A Midlife Transformation’ and the Midlife & Menopause Summit find their home together in 2026. They deserve that space, that unfolding.
But something else is stirring right now, something that feels exciting and alive: on my birthday, on the 19th of October, I’ll be opening the doors to my Midlife Reset Course.
This isn’t about doing more. It’s about making space. It’s about coming home to yourself, gently, in the middle of your life, with intention, compassion, and courage.
Because sometimes the most radical reset isn’t about reinventing everything… It’s about 14 days of choosing you.
Candles lit. Journal open. A soft place to land.
More details soon, but here’s a glimpse:
Gentle daily reflections (written and audio)
Practical reset steps you can actually do
Micro-rituals and soulful prompts
Support and connection along the way
Together, we’ll move through 5 areas of midlife, self-discovery, health, relationships, work, and quality of life, not as a checklist, but as an invitation back to yourself.
You’ll leave with clarity, calm, and momentum toward the life you want to live. Not someday. Now.
I’ll share more soon, but for now, I wanted to let you in. Because this isn’t just a course for me, it feels like a way of holding space for both of us. We don’t need to rush. We can simply reset, together.
So as I sit here, I’m reminded that this, sharing the journey as it unfolds, inviting you into the in-between moments, is part of the reset too. It’s not about waiting until everything is polished and perfect. It’s about opening the door, right here, right now, and saying: Come sit with me, let’s breathe this season in together.
Before you close this tab, maybe pour yourself a cup of tea and note down just one thing you’d like to reset this week. Nothing big, nothing heavy, just one small shift, a gentle beginning.
Because sometimes, that’s where the transformation truly starts.
