Lately, I’ve been moving through a season of deep reflection, clarity, and a whole lot of Becoming.
You know how sometimes life slows you down so you can really see what’s working, what’s not, and where you’ve been playing small? That’s exactly where I’ve been.
A few days ago, I launched into my ‘90 Days of Becoming’, three months dedicated to aligning, simplifying, and really showing up for myself. Not in a hustle kind of way. Not in the “New Year, New Me” kind of way. But in the quiet, steady, intentional way that whispers: this is who I already am, and I’m ready to live like her.
Each month has its own theme:
October is The Gathering: I’m gathering clarity, energy, practices, and people that feel nourishing. And just as importantly, I’m gently letting go of what feels heavy, draining, or simply not me anymore.
November will be The Deepening: going beneath the surface, tuning inwards, getting honest with myself, and living from a place of alignment.
December is The Arrival: arriving into myself, into the life I’ve been building, into a rhythm that feels true. It’s about closing the year with intention and stepping into the new one not with pressure, but with presence.
This rhythm is working for me because it’s spacious and intentional. And the beautiful thing is: you can create your own. You don’t need to wait until January 1st. You don’t need anyone else’s timeline. You can choose your own 90 days, your own themes, your own Becoming.
For me, that Becoming also looks like simplifying my overall Life: the digital world, letting go of clothes that don’t feel like me, and creating from a place of joy instead of pressure.
In my business, it’s about building sustainably, with books, coaching, and upcoming courses that truly support women in midlife. In my life, it’s about feeling good in my body and home, and giving myself permission to live in alignment with the seasons.
And here’s the thing: I don’t have all the answers, and I don’t need to. What I do know is that I am showing up for myself. I am creating a life that feels good to me, one choice at a time. And that is the Becoming.
So if you’ve been feeling behind, or stuck, or like you “should” be further along, this is your reminder: You’re not behind. You’re exactly where you’re meant to be.
Sometimes the bravest thing you can do is to pause, realign, and ask yourself: What do I actually want? Who do I want to be in this next season? And what small choices today will bring me closer to her?
I don’t have it all figured out, and maybe I never will. But I do know this: life gets simpler, lighter, and so much more abundant when you stop performing for the world and start living for yourself.
Here’s to the Becoming, yours, mine, and all of ours.
Journaling Prompts for Your Own ‘90 Days of Becoming’
Gathering: What feels nourishing and life-giving in my world right now? What am I ready to gently release?
Deepening: What truth am I finally ready to face within myself? Where do I crave more depth, not more distraction?
Arrival: How do I want to feel when I “arrive” at the end of these 90 days? What will be different about how I move, speak, rest, and love?
What small, daily practices remind me that I am enough, right here, right now?
If I lived these 90 days as sacred, what would I say yes to? And what would I lovingly say no to?
With love,
Kiran x
