I love this, Kiran. I couldn’t agree more about how important my surroundings have become in midlife. I’ve really come to understand how directly they impact my well-being, and how much it means to walk into a space that feels like me. Not like the pages of a magazine, but me.

When my space feels cluttered and chaotic, my mind does too. So I’ve become much more intentional and discerning about what I bring into my space, and what I choose to let go. (That includes people now too! ;-) )
