This is the moment we’ve been moving towards. From the first day of asking “What now?” to this moment of declaring “Watch me.” You’ve shown up for yourself for 20 days. You’ve cleared space, honoured your body, expressed your truth, deepened connection, explored abundance, created ritual, and embodied confidence. Today isn’t about finishing, it’s about celebrating.

Transition
Celebration is how we anchor growth; it tells your mind and body: this is who I am now.
Daily Challenge: Stand in front of the mirror and say out loud:
“I am no longer asking What now? I am living into Watch me.”
Why this matters: Words spoken with conviction carry energy. When you declare your becoming, you imprint it into your being. This is how we shift from questioning to owning.
Journaling Prompts
How has this journey changed how I see myself?
What am I most proud of over these 30 days?
What is my next bold step?
Inspired Call to Action
Do something tonight to celebrate yourself, big or small. Flowers, music, a bath, a toast. Mark this moment.
Celebration seals transformation. You’ve shifted from What now? into Watch me. And the truth is, you’re only just beginning.
A NOTE FROM ME
When I began this challenge, it was designed to lead us into the release of my book, From What’s Next to Watch Me. But along the way, I realised that the book, and this work, deserve more time, more space, and more truth.
So today marks the completion of this challenge at 20 days instead of 48. Not as an ending, but as a conscious pause. The book will now be released in Spring 2026, alongside the Midlife & Menopause Summit I’ll be hosting. It feels right to let these two milestones rise together.
And this is also a transition into a new rhythm here. Beginning 1st October, Tea with Self will be shared every other day, alongside the podcast, so I can show up more sustainably, more openly, and more honestly.
Thank you for walking with me these past 20 days. This community, your presence, and your reflections mean more to me than you know. This is not the end, it’s the beginning of a new chapter.
With love,
Kiran x
