There was a Wednesday, a midweek blur, when I found myself seated at my desk, physically present, yet deeply out of sync. My calendar was gleaming with commitments and deadlines, but inside, I felt dissonant. My body whispered: You’re too rigid. You’re not listening anymore.

That was the moment everything shifted. I stopped chasing routine and began tending to rhythm instead.

Routine says: Do it tomorrow.

And in the catch‑and‑release of perimenopause, hormonal tides, unpredictable fatigue, shifting sleep, our bodies move like water. Rhythm doesn’t resist; it anchors.
