There comes a point in midlife where we find ourselves pausing, looking around and asking quietly: “Is this it?”
The roles we’ve played, the routines we’ve kept, the way we’ve been living, it all feels just a little too tight, like clothes we’ve outgrown.
I’ve been there. And that’s exactly why I created this 20-day journey, not a bootcamp, not a hustle, but a rhythm. A gentle yet powerful practice of showing up for ourselves every day, in ways that feel grounding, nourishing, and true.
This challenge is called “From What Now? to Watch Me” because that’s the transformation I want for us: from confusion to clarity, from second-guessing to self-trust, from shrinking to shining, and we’re going to walk it together, one day at a time.
How the Challenge Works
For the next 20 days, you’ll be guided through daily rituals, reflections, and challenges designed to help you:
Anchor into rhythm with nourishing morning and evening rituals.
Strengthen your body and spirit with daily movement and stillness.
Rediscover your voice and creativity through journaling and expression.
Set boundaries and nurture connections where it feels true.
Reclaim your worth and align with abundance.
Step into your future self with confidence and celebration.
This isn’t about perfection, it’s about presence. Some days you’ll flow with ease, others you may resist. But each day is an invitation to come home to yourself.
Daily Goals
Every day you’ll be invited into:
Morning Ritual: hydration, movement, journaling or reading, setting intention.
Daytime Ritual: 30–60 minutes for a personal goal, hobby, or creative project.
Evening Ritual: digital sunset, stretch or stillness, tea, journaling, gratitude.
Daily Challenge: a unique focus for that day (creativity, connection, abundance, etc.).
Journaling Prompts: 3 gentle questions to help you reflect and deepen.
Inspired Call to Action: one simple, real-world step to integrate the practice.
This rhythm holds us steady while keeping each day fresh.
Why 20 Days?
Because transformation isn’t instant, it’s layered, lived, and embodied over time. Thirty days are the perfect arc for rewiring rhythms, creating new rituals, and noticing real change.
An Invitation
This challenge is not about fixing yourself, because you are not broken; it’s about remembering, remembering your worth, your rhythms, your power.
Over the next 20 days, you will create space, honour your body, nourish your mind, speak your truth, set boundaries, claim abundance, and step into the woman you’ve always been becoming.
So take a deep breath, love, we begin here, together.
From “What Now?” to “Watch Me.”
