Today, I’m choosing to be honest with myself, and with you.
Lately, I’ve been feeling a bit disconnected from my work, my purpose. Not because it doesn’t matter to me. It does. Deeply. But right now, life is calling me inward. Gently, firmly, in a way I can’t ignore.
There’s a quiet in me that’s asking to be listened to. A part of me that’s not interested in pushing, producing, or performing, but in being. In breathing. In healing. In understanding what this season is really here to teach me.
And if I’m going to walk this path of intentional, soul-led living… Then I have to honour the pauses just as much as the progress.
So I’m taking a step back. Not because I’m giving up, quite the opposite.
Because I’m growing.
Because I’m integrating.
Because I need space to let what’s shifting in me land before I can shape it into something I’m ready to share.
This isn’t a goodbye, it’s a deep breath.
A sacred pause.
A quiet return to myself.
Thank you for being here. Thank you for understanding that we’re all allowed to be works-in-progress and works-of-art at the same time.
I’ll be back.
Not polished. Not perfect.
But more me.
Journaling Prompt:
Where in my life am I being invited to pause, reflect, or realign? What would it look like to honour that, without guilt?
Inspired Action:
Give yourself full permission today to step back from something that no longer feels aligned, even if just for a while. Rest is a wise teacher, too.
