Midlife by Design Magazine: The Spring Edit is officially live, and I couldn’t be happier to share it with you.
I celebrate Spring according to the meteorological calendar, 1 March to 31 May, and this edit will unfold gently across that season. Spring doesn’t shout. It reveals. As the light returns and the days open again, something in you stirs. Not urgency, not reinvention, just awareness. A sense that your body, your work, your relationships, and your daily life are asking to be seen more clearly.
This issue is for the woman who can no longer pretend not to know: the fatigue, the restlessness, the quiet voice that says, “This doesn’t quite fit anymore.”
And I want to say this, because it matters: This isn’t your typical seasonal magazine that’s all about the external Spring: the outfits, the fresh flowers, the home refresh, the newness for the sake of newness. This is about the internal Spring first: the thawing, the returning, the gentle shift inside you that happens before anything changes outside, the quiet decision to come back to yourself. To soften, to reset, to begin again, not dramatically, but deliberately. Because when your inner world starts to feel lighter, your outer world naturally follows.
And here’s what I want you to know: this isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about meeting yourself.
The first 5 articles are now live
To begin the Spring Edit, I’ve published 5 articles so you can feel the full shape of the issue right away:
Thereafter, I’ll be releasing 1-2 new articles each week. Think of it as a slow, seasonal unfolding rather than a content dump, no pressure to keep up. This is designed to be a companion, not a chore.
And if you’re craving something more structured to help you put this season into practice, you might love The Midlife Reset, a grounded, supportive reset designed to help you build steadiness, clarity, and follow-through in midlife.
A small invitation (so you actually feel the work)
Before you read, place a hand on your chest and ask:
What feels tender in me right now?
What am I no longer willing to pretend about?
Where do I want to become more visible to myself this season?
Then read one article slowly. Let it meet you where you are.
And if you want something gentle to browse in the meantime…
While the Spring Edit continues to unfold, you can also explore my Seasonal Living essays for spring, reflections to soften your transition from winter to spring and help you arrive more fully.
I’d love to know: Which life area are you craving most this Spring? Reply and tell me. I read every message.
Love,
Kiran x
