There are moments in midlife when the journey you’ve walked, the lessons, the healing, the choices that once felt so private, begin to spill out into the world.
And today is one of those moments for me.
Today, my interview went live on Mental Health Matters: After Hours, a conversation with Dr Audrey Tang and Judith Crosier, two incredible women holding space for all things wellness and mental health.
We spoke about the work that’s closest to my heart: helping women design the life they truly want to live. Not just through decluttering a wardrobe or rearranging a room, but through creating spaces, inner and outer, that actually feel like home.
Because here’s the thing: midlife has taught me that it’s not about chasing more, but about living in alignment, about choosing environments, rhythms, and rituals that support who I’m becoming.
In the interview, we touched on all of it: homemaking, self-discovery, simplifying, and the courage it takes to shed what no longer fits. And as I spoke, I realised something: this isn’t just my work. This is my becoming.
So if you’ve ever felt the weight of clutter, not just in your home, but in your mind, your relationships, your daily rhythms, I’d love for you to join me in this conversation. My hope is that it gives you permission to pause, to reimagine, and to start curating a life that feels lighter, truer, more you.
Because that’s what I stand for, in every part of my life now: living intentionally. Living with care. Living in spaces, inside and out, that feel like they belong to me.
And sharing this truth out loud, with women around the world, feels like another step in my own journey of becoming.
A reflection for you:
If your home, your routines, your rhythms truly reflected the woman you are now, what would you let go of? What would you welcome in?
A tiny ritual to try:
Light a candle in one corner of your home tonight. Whisper to the space: “This is where my becoming begins.”
