Picture the chandeliers. The champagne catches the light. A room full of people holding trophies that prove they’re finally good enough. I’ve stood in rooms like that more than fifteen times. Mainstream media, too. Countless mentions, the kind of recognition most people spend a career chasing.
None of them ever did what this does.
For years, I built this brand the way every guru told me to. The polished version. The right credential at the right moment. The Expert who has it all figured out and shows you the highlight reel to prove it. People engaged politely. They nodded along. But nobody ever wrote to me at midnight saying, “This is exactly what I needed today.” I was successfully invisible behind a very competent-looking version of myself.
It was only when I stopped performing that something shifted. Grieving my brother out loud on episode 100. Admitting I’d overdone it and needed two days in pyjamas, no apology attached. Telling you about a cup of cold coffee my mum never got to drink. People didn’t connect with the Expert. They connected with the woman underneath her.
Here’s the part I don’t say often enough: I have done almost all of this alone. I raised my daughter alone, in a country that wasn’t mine, with no family within reach and no guarantee any of it would work. I’ve built two organisations practically single-handed, some days looking impressive, some days looking like a Trello board and a Tens machine. I am very, very good at doing things by myself.
But good at it isn’t the same as wanting to keep doing it forever.
The Midlife Inner Circle is the deepest layer of this work. And it was never going to be built around more content to consume.
Here’s what’s inside:
→ Everything in The Midlife Circle: bi-weekly essays and The Midlife Edit, the private podcast, the full Starter Library, and a monthly personal video from me, honest and unscripted
→ The Midlife Manifesto Audio Training: my philosophy made intimate, in audio form. Not a podcast episode. A taught, personal experience you can return to whenever you need grounding in what this season is actually asking of you
→ The Midlife Reset course: my full framework for redesigning this next chapter with clarity and intention, because some thank-yous should be tangible, not just kind words in an email
→ Four quarterly 1:1 calls with me: thirty minutes, no agenda except whatever’s actually happening in your life that week. Not the tidied-up version you give everyone else. The real one.
This is for the woman who has spent a long time building things alone and is finally ready to be met, not just read.
£297/year. Everything included. Nothing held back.
