There is a difference between intellectually having boundaries and actually having boundaries (creating, stating and holding)… so so true.

In my own experience having or not having them was wrapped up in beliefs about being kind, helping others or being cold, unloving or disrespectful.

In reality by not being clear and conscious about my own boundaries and holding them when they were challenged I was being cold, unloving and disrespectful of myself and sometimes steeling the responsibility or opportunity to learn from others.

Not anymore and it sounds that way for you too 🙏🏼
