Hi, 😊
There is so much noise around us. More. Faster. Bigger. Better. You should be travelling more. Earning more. Doing more. Having more. Becoming more.
But sometimes the deepest desire isn’t for more; it’s for more of what already feels good: more slow mornings, laughter, nature, beautiful meals, time with people who know the real you, creativity, books, wandering, sitting in the sunshine. More quiet. More love. More life that doesn’t need explaining.
I think this is one of the things that can shift in midlife; we stop wanting the life that looks impressive from a distance and start wanting the life that feels delicious from the inside.
So today, instead of asking, What more do I need? Ask, What do I already love that I want more of?
Then make room for one little piece of it, because perhaps your next chapter doesn’t need to be bigger; it simply needs to be more yours.
See you tomorrow for your next Midlife Edit ❤️

Letting Go of the ‘Dream Life’
There comes a point in midlife when you stop asking, What do I want to achieve? and start wondering, What do I actually want to feel?
If something I’ve written has made you pause, think, smile, or see your own life a little differently, and you’d like to send a little love back my way, you can buy me a Matcha Latte.
It helps me keep creating these little moments of reflection, encouragement, and possibility for you. And honestly, knowing that something I’ve written has landed with you is the loveliest support of all.

Wow, how come your post begins with HI MARUSYA 🤗? Am I the only one who sees this?
