Hi, 😊
Not impressive, enviable, or perfectly optimised, but good. A life where your mornings don’t immediately fill you with dread. A home you enjoy returning to. People you can be yourself around. Work that doesn’t consume every piece of you. Enough money to breathe. A body you are learning to care for. Time to do things simply because you enjoy them. Space to think, rest, change your mind, become.
We can become so accustomed to managing life that we forget to ask whether the life we’re managing actually feels good.
So perhaps that’s today’s question. Not, What should I achieve next? But what would make my life feel a little better?
Maybe the answer is practical. Maybe it’s emotional. Maybe it’s something tiny. Whatever it is, don’t dismiss it because it seems too small.
A good life is rarely built in one dramatic gesture; it’s built through hundreds of small choices that quietly say: My life matters to me too.
See you tomorrow for your next Midlife Edit ❤️

The Fear of Wasting the Second Half of Your Life
There’s a moment that comes for most women in midlife; it doesn’t arrive with fanfare, it doesn’t come wrapped in a dramatic breakdown or a milestone birthday or a cinematic scene where you stare out of rain-streaked glass and finally understand something,
If something I’ve written has made you pause, think, smile, or see your own life a little differently, and you’d like to send a little love back my way, you can buy me a Matcha Latte.
It helps me keep creating these little moments of reflection, encouragement, and possibility for you. And honestly, knowing that something I’ve written has landed with you is the loveliest support of all.
