Hi, 😊
And here we are. The end of September. Another month lived. Some things changed, and some didn’t. Perhaps you kept promises to yourself, and perhaps you didn’t. Perhaps you learned something, and perhaps you simply got through a difficult week.
It all counts.
I’ve been thinking about this idea of becoming throughout the month, and I keep coming back to the same truth:
Maybe becoming isn’t about creating a completely new woman.
Maybe it is about remembering. Remembering what you love, what matters, what you won’t tolerate anymore, how to rest, how to play. Remembering the dreams you put away. Remembering your own voice underneath all the noise. Remembering that your life belongs to you.
And perhaps that’s the invitation as September closes.
Don’t ask yourself who you need to become next. Ask: What part of myself do I want to bring closer?
Then make a little room for her: a quieter morning, a conversation, a boundary, a walk, a decision, a beginning.
Nothing dramatic is required, just one small act of recognition.
You are already here, and perhaps that’s where the next chapter begins.
See you tomorrow for your next Midlife Edit ❤️

I Forgot What Lit Me Up – Until I Found It Again (A Midlife Awakening)
I remember the day I realised I couldn’t remember the last time I felt lit up by something. Not productive. Not needed. But genuinely excited.
If something I’ve written has made you pause, think, smile, or see your own life a little differently, and you’d like to send a little love back my way, you can buy me a Matcha Latte.
It helps me keep creating these little moments of reflection, encouragement, and possibility for you. And honestly, knowing that something I’ve written has landed with you is the loveliest support of all.
