There’s a particular kind of tired that doesn’t show up on your face. It lives somewhere quieter than that. In the way you move through the day on autopilot. In the moment you catch yourself wondering when you last did something just because it felt good. In the faint, persistent sense that the life you’re living, the capable, organised, well-intentioned life, somehow doesn’t quite fit you anymore.
I know that feeling intimately; I built a whole career in the middle of it. And out of that season, the one where I was showing up for everyone and slowly disappearing from myself, I built something I genuinely wish I’d had. I called it The Midlife Reset.
It’s a 14-day course. Not a programme with endless modules, not a masterclass you watch once and forget. Fourteen days. A gentle structure for each one, a reflection, an audio, journaling prompts, a small ritual, and a simple way to nourish yourself that day. Movement, meals, and an evening practice. Nothing overwhelming. All of it pointing in the same direction: Coming back home to yourself.
We move through five areas: identity, health, relationships, work, and your quality of life, not to fix them, but to look at them honestly. To ask what still fits. What’s quietly draining you? What you’ve been carrying that was never really yours.
There’s a 29-page workbook that comes with it. I didn’t want it to feel like homework, so it doesn’t. It feels more like a companion, something to return to on a Sunday morning with a cup of tea.
I originally priced this at £33. I can say now, with the clarity that time gives you, that was a mistake. Not because the course became more valuable, it was always this. But because pricing it that low was its own kind of self-erasure. A way of saying: this probably isn’t worth much, but here, take it.
It’s now £97. Which still feels modest to me for what it offers, but it feels honest.
If you’ve been sitting in that quiet restlessness, the one that doesn’t announce itself but doesn’t go away either, this might be the thing.
Not because 14 days change everything, but because the beginning does.
You can find The Midlife Reset here.

I love seeing when women raise their prices and charge what it´s worth.
