When I began ‘Tea with Self’ after attending the ‘Awaken Your Highest Self’ event earlier this year, I had no idea how much it would shape me. What started as a daily practice, a quiet corner of reflection, became a grounding ritual, a conversation between my heart and yours. It taught me how to slow down, how to listen, and how to honour my own becoming in real time.
But like all beautiful things, even rituals evolve. And lately, I’ve felt a quiet shift, a softer rhythm asking to emerge.
As I’ve grown, I no longer feel the need to share my every thought. I find myself craving fewer, fuller, more intentional moments of connection, ones that honour both your time and mine. So, as of November, Tea with Self will flow at a slower pace, just once a week, on Mondays, giving space for depth, not just frequency.
This doesn’t mean the tea stops pouring. It simply means we’re savouring it differently. With intention. With breath. With presence.
And as Tea with Self finds its new rhythm, other spaces I’ve been creating will begin to bloom more fully:
Letters from Midlife: a weekly (WEDNESDAYS) podcast series answering your questions, sharing stories, and reminding us all that midlife is not an ending, but a magnificent becoming.
The Midlife Edit: a weekly (FRIDAYS) behind-the-scenes letter, sharing my creative process, reflections, and what I’m learning as I build a business, and a life, rooted in alignment.
The Midlife Circle: a private, fireside space within Midlife by Design, where deeper conversations, honest reflections, and soul-led guidance unfold every week (SUNDAYS). Created for women who are ready to slow down, go inward, and design their next chapter with meaning and grace.
The Midlife Reset: a 14-day course to gently guide you back home to yourself; a blend of reflection, ritual, and real-life action for when you’re ready to start again, softly.
Each of these offerings carries a piece of Tea with Self within it, the same voice, the same heart, just expressed through new forms.
Thank you for meeting me here, for sitting with me, cup in hand, through every reflection and every season. I’m endlessly grateful for how this little ritual became a shared sanctuary.
Here’s to what’s next!
Not more. Not faster.
Just deeper.
