I’ve been thinking a lot lately about what it really means to be unstoppable.
We often picture it as running at full speed, breaking barriers, juggling a million things at once. But I’ve realised the most unstoppable thing I can be, the most unstoppable thing you can be, is yourself.
Fully. Unapologetically. Consistently.
Woman to woman, let me say this: any money you spend on eating well, dressing beautifully, smelling divine, feeling confident, seeing new places, trying new things, or simply choosing yourself… it is never a waste. It is not indulgent. It’s how you honour your growth, your joy, and the life you are still building, even now, even here in midlife.
I’ve wasted too much time waiting, waiting for the “right” moment, waiting until I’d achieved something first, waiting until someone gave me permission. But this is our only life. No more waiting.
That means organising your time like your peace depends on it. Eliminating procrastination like it’s poison. Practising radical self-love, daily. It means deleting the apps that suck your soul dry, blocking numbers that drain your energy, and waking up earlier just to give yourself space before the world comes knocking (something I got to do at the cabin).
It’s getting dressed up for no reason other than it makes you feel alive. Eating to nourish, not punish. Journaling through the messy thoughts instead of letting them simmer in silence. Making time for spa days, exercise, and rest.
Because the truth is, this will not be like the other times. This time you will change. This time you will stick to habits. This time you will see results, not because you’ve magically become more disciplined, but because you’ve stopped abandoning yourself.
The way I see it, you only need three daily wins:
A physical win. Move your body. Care for your skin. Rest properly. Feed yourself with love.
A mental win. Read something that inspires you. Write your truth. Create. Learn. Engage with life.
A spiritual win. Reflect. Be mindful. Sit in gratitude. Connect with something bigger than yourself.
That’s it. Three daily wins that keep you anchored.
The most unstoppable thing you can be is not perfect. Not tireless. Not superhuman.
It’s being you.
The real you.
The woman who finally chooses herself.
