Right now, life is holding up a mirror, not to shame me, but to show me. To say: “Look at where you are. Look at what’s working. Look at what isn’t.”
This moment, this exact season I’m in, is an invitation. A sacred pause to re-evaluate what I really want, where I’m going, and whether I’m still aligned with the woman I’ve become. Because here’s the thing: your current situation is never random; it’s always whispering something. Always pointing somewhere.
A couple of months ago, I was exhausted, carrying everyone, last to rest, last to be nurtured. Life felt like survival.
But saying yes to myself, even when I didn’t know what would come of it, cracked something open: this cabin, this solitude, this space to see myself again, it’s been everything. Read ‘The Cabin Diaries’ here.
I’ve realised I’m no longer willing to build a life around expectations that don’t feel like mine. I’m not here to tick someone else’s boxes, I’m here to feel alive.
So if you’re standing in a messy middle right now, know this…
