Maybe you’ve woken up one morning and reached for your journal before your phone. Maybe you’ve caught yourself pausing before automatically saying yes. Maybe you’ve noticed your body differently, or realised that something you once tolerated no longer feels right. Perhaps nothing dramatic has changed at all, but there is a little more space between what happens around you and how you respond to it.
That space matters.
Because the purpose of the Midlife Reset was never to give you fourteen perfect days, and then send you back into the same patterns you were trying to understand. It was to help you hear yourself again. To reconnect with your body, your values, your relationships, your sense of purpose, and the small things that make your life feel like yours.
And now comes the part that can be both exciting and uncomfortable: Living what you’ve discovered.
It is one thing to have a quiet realisation while sitting with your journal, a cup of tea beside you and fourteen days of intentional reflection behind you. It is another thing entirely to hold onto that realisation when Monday morning arrives, your inbox is full, someone needs something from you, and the old instinct to put yourself last starts tapping you on the shoulder again.
This is where I believe ongoing support can make a real difference.
Not because you need someone to tell you what to do. You don’t. The Midlife Reset has already helped you reconnect with your own inner compass. What you may need now is somewhere to take the questions that inevitably come up when you start making different choices.
That is why I created Midlife in Your Pocket.
A trusted voice in your corner, when real life happens
There is something very different about having support available in the moment you actually need it.
Perhaps you’ve just had a conversation that left you questioning everything. Perhaps you’re standing in the kitchen at 7 am, listening to yourself say yes to something you really want to say no to. Perhaps an opportunity has landed in your inbox, and you can’t quite decide whether it excites you or simply triggers your old habit of doing what you think you should do. Perhaps you’ve made a decision and want to talk it through with someone before you take the next step.
These are the moments that don’t necessarily fit neatly into a scheduled coaching session.
You don’t always need to wait two weeks until the next appointment to talk something through. Sometimes you need to send a voice note while the thought is still fresh, while the feeling is still sitting in your chest, while you can still hear your own intuition underneath the noise.
Midlife in Your Pocket is my monthly, rolling WhatsApp coaching support for exactly those moments. You can message me Monday to Friday by voice note or text when something comes up, and I’ll respond with honest, grounded guidance, the kind of perspective I would offer a woman I genuinely care about.
There are no Zoom links to find, no appointment slots to coordinate, and no need to package everything neatly before you bring it to me. You can come as you are, with the half-formed thought, the decision you’re wrestling with, the question you’re embarrassed to ask, or the thing you simply can’t quite make sense of yet.
Because real life doesn’t happen in one-hour coaching sessions.
It happens while you’re making breakfast. On the school run. Walking the dog. Sitting in the car before you go into a meeting. Lying awake at midnight thinking about what you really want. Standing in the supermarket wondering why you suddenly feel like crying. Sitting across from someone you love and realising that something between you has changed.
This support meets you there.
You don’t have to figure out the next chapter all at once
One of the things I hope you take from the Midlife Reset is that you don’t need to have the whole of your next chapter mapped out.
You don’t need to know exactly who you’re becoming, a five-year plan, or suddenly make every decision differently. You simply need to keep listening.
Keep noticing what gives you energy and what quietly takes it away. Keep paying attention to the relationships that make you feel more like yourself and the ones that leave you feeling smaller. Keep noticing where your body is asking for something different. Keep questioning the definitions of success, productivity, happiness, and enoughness that you inherited without ever consciously choosing them.
And when you find yourself at a crossroads, you don’t have to navigate it in isolation.
Sometimes the most valuable thing another person can offer isn’t an answer. It is a grounded question. A different perspective. A gentle challenge. Someone who can hear what you’re saying and notice the thing underneath it that you haven’t quite been able to name yet.
That is the kind of coaching I want Midlife in Your Pocket to be: Personal. Informal. Human.
Support that fits into your life rather than asking you to create another appointment around it.
This is for the woman who wants support woven into her actual life
Midlife in Your Pocket may be right for you if the Midlife Reset has opened something up and you want somewhere to continue exploring it. Perhaps you process out loud and think more clearly when you have someone to think with. Perhaps you’re navigating an ongoing transition, a relationship shift, a career decision, a change in identity, or simply a growing sense that the way you’ve been living no longer fits.
You might not need intensive coaching. You might not want another formal programme. You may simply want to know that when something happens, there is someone you trust who can help you slow down, look at it differently, and hear yourself more clearly.
You can continue for as long as it serves you and step away when it no longer does. Because the goal isn’t to create dependence; it is to strengthen your own ability to trust yourself.
You started the Midlife Reset by coming home to yourself. Now, keep listening.
Take a moment to acknowledge what you’ve done.
Not because you’ve completed a course perfectly, but because you chose to stop. You chose to give yourself some of the attention you so readily give to everyone else. You allowed yourself to ask questions that may have been waiting a long time to be asked.
Perhaps you don’t have all the answers yet.
You don’t need to.
The woman you are becoming isn’t somewhere in the distance waiting for you to finally arrive. She’s already here, showing herself in the things you want, the things you’re no longer willing to tolerate, the boundaries you’re beginning to hold, the choices you’re questioning, and the moments when you feel most completely yourself.
The Midlife Reset was a beginning. What comes next is yours to design.
And if you would like someone in your corner as you live it, I’m here.
Midlife in Your Pocket is my invitation to continue the conversation, one real-life moment at a time.
