If the last few years have taught me anything, it’s that midlife isn’t about slowing down – it’s about stepping into our power, rewriting our narratives, and embracing the life we truly want. This season of my life has been one of deep transformation, bold decisions, and unwavering commitment to my mission: empowering midlife women to reclaim their health, confidence, and sense of purpose.
And today, I have some exciting updates to share – milestones that feel like both a personal victory and a win for every woman navigating this stage of life.
Honoured to Be Awarded: Most Dedicated Female Health Coach 2025 – London!
I’m beyond thrilled and deeply honoured to share that I’ve been awarded Most Dedicated Female Health Coach 2025 – London by SME News!
This recognition means so much to me, not just as a personal achievement but because it highlights the urgent need for better menopause and midlife health support for women.
For too long, menopause has been misunderstood, under-researched, and surrounded by silence. Women have been left to navigate this major transition without clear guidance, without answers, and often without the support they deserve. My mission has always been to change that – to provide education, empowerment, and real solutions so that women can thrive, not just survive, during midlife.
This award is a testament to that work. More than anything, it fuels my passion to keep going – to keep creating, educating, and showing women that midlife can be the most powerful chapter yet.
A Dream Coming to Life: My new Book Baby, is coming in Autumn 2026!
This has been a dream in the making, and I’m beyond excited to announce that my book, From “What Now?” to “Watch Me”: A Midlife Transformation, will be released in Autumn 2026!
This book is more than just a guide – it’s a deeply personal journey of self-reinvention, filled with practical strategies, mindset shifts, and empowering insights for any woman ready to embrace her next chapter with confidence.
If you’ve ever found yourself wondering, “What now?” – this book is for you.
It’s for the woman who feels stuck. The woman who is questioning her next steps. The woman who knows she’s meant for more but doesn’t quite know where to start.
Through stories, research-backed strategies, and real-life transformations, this book will show you how to move from uncertainty to unstoppable confidence.
From “What Now?” to “Watch Me”: Midlife by Design, Not by Default
There comes a point in midlife where the old ways simply stop working, not always dramatically, not in a way that makes the outside world sit up and take notice. Sometimes it happens quietly, internally, right in the middle of ordinary days. You wake up one morning and realise you can no longer keep performing a life that no longer fits.
Exciting Collaborations Coming Soon!
There’s so much work to be done when it comes to raising awareness about midlife, menopause, and women’s health – and I’m so grateful to be collaborating with some incredible brands and experts to do just that.
I can’t share all the details just yet, but trust me – big things are coming! From events to educational content to powerful initiatives, these collaborations are all about amplifying the conversation and making real change happen.
Keep an eye out – more details will be revealed soon!
Making Personal Growth a Non-Negotiable
As much as I love helping other women grow, I know that growth starts with me. And this year, I’ve made personal development a part of my daily routine.
I’ve spent months:
I am researching & studying everything from holistic health to neuroscience
Listening to audiobooks on Kindle & Spotify to deepen my knowledge
Using the Headway App to get bite-sized book summaries that keep me inspired on my daily walks
Growth isn’t about reading a book once or taking a course here and there. It’s about daily action, daily learning, and daily commitment to becoming the best version of yourself.
And if you’re looking for an easy way to make learning part of your daily life, I highly recommend the Headway App – it’s been a game-changer for me!
Final Thoughts: This is Just the Beginning
When I look back at where I was a few years ago – lost, unsure, questioning what was next – I barely recognise that woman.
Because midlife changed me. It broke me open. It forced me to confront the parts of myself that weren’t serving me anymore. And in that process, I rebuilt myself – stronger, wiser, and more determined than ever to create a life that feels aligned, fulfilling, and meaningful.
And that’s what I want for every woman reading this.
If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of what’s next, I want you to know that this is just the beginning. You’re not too late. You’re not too old. You’re not behind.
