If there is one thing I wish every woman knew about perimenopause, it’s this: you deserve to understand what is happening in your body.

Not every symptom is “just getting older”. Not every change needs to be endured. And you certainly don’t have to get through this transition armed with a handful of Google searches and a vague sense that something isn’t quite right.

Over the years, I’ve created a whole library of conversations, guides, and personal reflections to help women make sense of this season, from the science of hormones and HRT to brain fog, weight changes, blood sugar, cholesterol, mental health, sleep, movement, cycle changes, and the strange experience of sometimes feeling like a stranger in your own skin.

There is quite a lot here. And that’s actually the point.

I’ve spent years creating these resources because I kept hearing the same thing from women: “I just don’t know where to start.” And, honestly? I never had one place to send you.

Until now.

I wrote those poems in the same late evenings as everything else. At the same kitchen table. With the same cold tea.
