"You are allowed to change your mind" should be emblazoned on a t-shirt! This little reminder - that it's never too late to rewrite our story, and perhaps even more importantly, that we should always remind ourselves that the woman who wrote the last chapter was doing the best that she could with what she knew at the time - is everything. If we could just give our younger selves a little more grace and empower our current selves to take the next leap, what a life that would be!

There’s something incredibly freeing about realising we don’t have to judge our past selves in order to choose differently now.
