Hi, 😊,
For most of my life, I understood growth as accumulation: adding more habits, taking on more goals, buying more books, creating elaborate routines. But in midlife, true growth is about editing.
It is asking one simple, quiet question of your physical space, your calendar, your digital world, and your relationships: Does this belong in the life I am creating? Not whether it is useful to someone else, or whether you paid good money for it years ago, but whether it supports the woman you are right now.
When you clear away what no longer fits, you don’t create an empty space; you make room for your peace to breathe.
Today’s inspired action: Pick one single drawer, one digital app, or one email subscription today, and release what no longer serves your present season.
See you tomorrow for your next Midlife Edit ❤️
